This is what we earned with one of our YouTube channels (March 2025)

Monetizing our YouTube channels is the goal. However, video and sound editing work without soul will not serve to reach the audience. Increasing followers is quite an adventure and a pleasure because it means that the work we are developing makes the people who watch and listen to us happy.
However, bills must be paid, and we will only achieve this by having many constant users, or many new ones, always happy.
We bring you the income data from one of our YouTube channels, belonging to the days of March 13th to 19th, 2025.
First, before reflecting on the income, let’s provide some background.
What channel is it, when was it created, how many subscribers does it have?
Due to privacy reasons and YouTube’s policy, we cannot give the name of the channel, however, we can say that:
The channel was created in September 2024.
It has accumulated nearly 1200 subscribers, reaching 1000 at the end of February 2025.
At that time, something happened that we will tell you about in another post. Views dropped worryingly, by 90%.
We found it incredible that such a brutal drop occurred when the channel had been averaging 2500 daily views, which fell to 250 🙁
Its theme is music, created between humans and AI. It is not a channel that simply uploads a video of a song made by Artificial Intelligence. There is editing work – musical and videographic – behind each published piece.
With that said, let’s now analyze the channel’s income in a recent week.
The image you see is in Spanish, but the countries are understandable.
As expected, depending on the economy of each country, vary.
However, it is surprising that there are such notable differences.
The United States is the country that pays the most.
With 1166 views, we have an income of 9.38 euros. And 44.5 hours of watch time.
Germany follows in terms of income.
With 327 views, 2.11 euros. Only 17.2 hours of watch time.
From this point on, there is pessimistic data.
Mexico, Peru, and Brazil, with a total of 4632 views, barely manage to earn 2.24 euros. Slightly more than Germany with 4305 more views. !!
France, with just 137 views, earns the same as Chile or Peru. However, Chile has 567 views.
The case of other countries like Poland, the United Kingdom, or Spain is more even.
– With 360 views, Spain earns 0.74 euros.
– With 329 views, Poland earns 0.59 euros.
– With 116 views, the United Kingdom earns 0.54 euros.
Finally, the case of the Netherlands is noteworthy, earning 0.34 euros, without specifying the number of views.
We already know that the theme of the videos is crucial regarding income, but there is no doubt that the geographical area is crucial for obtaining more or fewer profits.
We will continue to report on the evolution of the channel, which requires a great effort of work. But we hope that this data will help you learn a little more about how YouTube payments work and give you an idea of what you can achieve with your channel.
If you have already managed to monetize your channel, have already reached 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of watch time, tell us your story. If you haven’t done it yet, tell us what you think.
See you in the next post. Greetings.
